The Round Point Pixel LED is an individual module like a dome. RGB Pixels are digitally-controllable lights you can set to any color, or animate. Each round 'pixel cluster' contains 3 RGB LEDs and a controller chip soldered to a PCB. The pixel is then encased in a translucent white 'dot' to make it weatherproof. These are fairly large pixels but they are easy to mount, with two plastic flanges. They're typically used to make outdoor signs. Compared to our other LED dots, these are much bigger and much brighter, good for larger scale installations.

This LED has a microprocessor that controls the RGB function and provides a vast of lighting effects. You can set to any color, or animate each RGB LED (you must use a Pixel LED RGB Controllers to control it - (not included).

HIGHLIGHTS:

 Waterproof: This Pixel LED can be used outside because it is sealed in a way that prevents the passage of water or other fluids (IP66), but it is not submersible.

 Easy to use:The wire is flexible; you can put your Pixel LEDs around your installation as you wish. Simply cut and splice the wires wherever you like. Each strand has two 3-pin connectors so you can connect multiple strands in a row. The LEDs are constant-current driven so you'll have even colors through-out the strand as long as you have a stable 12V supply. Each dot is digitally controlled; the pixels must be clocked by a microcontroller.

 High Brightness:The pixels use 3 x 5050 RGB LEDs, and the dot has full 140º degree color spread.

 Wide Applications:You can make your own sign with this PIXEL LED, suitable for digital RGB lighting letters. It is a good choice to take the place of the advertising billboard of neon or halogen lights, channel letter back lighting, spurts draw light, advertisement sign light, indoor and outdoor illumination, architectural decorative lighting.

Notes:

 

1. You can connect until 2048pcs PIXEL LED with our T-1000 Pixel LED Controller or 8000pcs with our  T8000-Pixel LED Controller or 40pcs with our Automatic Mini Pixel LED Controller.

 

2. This product operates on low-voltage DC12V power.

 

3. NEVER connect more than 12V or connect it to a AC directly!! This will permanently damage the LEDs.

 

4. For optimum performance, do not exceed maximum load.

 

5. Unplug your power source when cutting string.
